PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

 

Shop with confidence and safely on our website through the virtual POS system, payments can be made with credit or debit card. We also offer the option of payment by bank transfer.

Once the payment has been made, we will proceed with the shipment and packing of your order. Delivery times take 48 hours for parcels and up to 15-20 days for big furniture (the delivery service includes carrying upstairs and unpacking).

 

Note: For bulky furniture please check first if the dimensions of the piece are suitable to be hoisted to your home, either by lift or through the staircase. As otherwise, hiring an elevating platform will be required, an extra service not included in the shipping service provided by our website. RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES

 

El Recibidor sells new products along with others that have been recovered from the 50s, 60s and 70s, which show the typical signs of time and use. For this reason, we kindly ask you to take a closer look at the images and carefully read the condition description attached to each product in order to avoid any unpleasant surprise, as no returns or refunds will be allowed for this reason. Thus, we advise you to contact us before buying any item if you have doubts concerning its condition (you can contact us by email here or call us on 935 304 221). We will be glad to answer any further questions.

As regards the newly manufactured items, in case any piece suffers a damage whatsoever during the shipping process or the piece itself is faulty, we ask you to contact us with a detailed description of the issue and the item involved.

Only with regard to new products and in accordance with Law 3/2014, article 71, customers have a period of 14 calendar days upon receipt of the product to notify the return of your order (all recovered products are not subject to this law and therefore no returns will be accepted), any return request received after the deadline will not be processed. You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any third party not authorized by the supplier or manufacturer, all returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

 

If the article is defective, we will exchange it for you (in this case, shipment costs shall be borne by El Recibidor), the exchange will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 7 days following the receipt of the article. If we are out of stock, the money will not be returned and you will be provided with a voucher with the same value. The voucher must be used within 3 months.

Hi-Fi products have been inspected, tested and tuned up by a specialised profesional team. We guarantee its perfect functioning and we offer a 3-month guarantee from date of purchase (El Recibidor will not be responsible for any damages caused after that date and therefore will not assume the costs derived from their repair or replacement of any of their parts). These articles are not subject to return. Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any third party not authorized by the supplier or manufacturer will not be subject to guarantee.

RENTAL

 

All the products we offer for sale on our website are also available for rental. Several pieces from El Recebidor have been present in all kinds of artistic creations: audiovisual productions, photo shoots, events or window dressing projects. Additionally, we offer our store/showroom for rental. Our premises are located in Barcelona, in Sant Antoni neighbourhood, and the display furnishings can be included as props.

Our rates for renting furniture or other objects are:

1-2 days 20%* / 3-4 days 25%* / 4-7 days 30%*
Extra week +5%*      * Value of the piece

A 21% VAT corresponding to the rental services must be added to the rates above. If you are interested in renting any of our objects or space, please request any information about availability or budget here.

 

CONDITIONS: The indicated rental prices do not include transport. El Recibidor will fix the rent percentage of the products required by you, the client must leave a deposit for the whole product value (in cash, bank transfer with receipt or check). During the return of the product, El Recibidor will charge the stated amount of rent and will return the deposit (using the payment system chosen above). El Recibidor reserves the right to evaluate any tear or damage, in such event, the customer must pay the whole value of the piece (if the damage or tear is fixable, the customer will only have to assume the cost of repair). The client must send an email to El Recibidor concerning the dates of the object or space rented. El recibidor may fix a price or percentage as a penalty in case the return date is not met.

All our pieces are in perfect condition and available in stock, ready to be placed in the space created by you for that purpose. Besides the actual and the online stores, we have a warehouse with large amount of stock and we constantly receive shipments of new pieces.
