Danish Extending Teak Table from A.M. Denmark
Large original dining table from the early 1970s, produced in the Danish town of Ansager by the AM seal (Ansager Møbelfabrik). The body is made of teak and has a clean, geometric design, consisting of a rectangular board surrounded by a moulding that is profiled in a gentle curve. On its short sides there are two wings hidden from view under the surface of the board, which can be used separately. Extending only one wing we will achieve a length of 184cm (ideal for 6 diners) and fully extended achieves 238cm (with capacity for 8 people).
Completely restored, leaving it in an excellent state (it preserves minimal signs of use on the board, only visible by backlight, as tiny bulbs, along with a slight change in tone between the wings and the rest of the table).
