Danish HIGHBOARD from Clausen & Søn
Captivating piece created in the 60s by the Clausen og Søn (Clausen and Son) label in their workshop in the Danish city of Silkeborg. Body in laminated natural teak wood, the front consists of three sliding doors that reveal two spaces: on the right and central part, a large module with double removable shelf; revealing on the left a compartment with five upper drawers (the last two with a useful height of 7cm and the rest of 4 cm) .The furniture sits on a curious structure with oblique legs, which give the furniture more personality if possible and They evoke the most sophisticated designs of the prestigious Danish firms of the time.
It presents a very good structural and aesthetic condition, recovering its pleasant original appearance after passing through our restoration department (just mention a cam scar on the left side of the left door).
And remember: here is the legacy of the illustrious Danish design of the mid-20th century ;)
