Green Leather Lounge Chair and Ottoman by PROFILIA WERKE
Duo of original pieces from the 70's, produced by the label Profilia Werke, in their workshops in Ennigerloh, a German city in North Rhine-Westphalia. They present a design inspired by the Mole armchair, created in 1957 by the father of modern Brazilian design, the prolific architect and designer Sergio Rodrigues. Robust structure in oak wood, upholstered in dark green leather, with soft upholstery that hangs over the arms of the armchair as saddlebags. The backrest is crowned by a comfortable cylindrical cushion, which together with the large matching footrest (72x72 cm with a height of 40 cm) achieves the perfect composition to provide us with a sophisticated and extremely comfortable seat.
In very good condition, with minimal signs of use. The upholstery was completely cleaned, nourishing and hydrating the leather again, thus recovering its natural shine and pleasant original texture.
