HANGING WALL LAMP OR TABLE LAMP FROM TEMDE AG
Here is an attractive tiki spirit light produced in the early 1970s by the German-Swiss label Temde Leuchten AG. Its attractive design resembles that created by the American Milo Baughman for the Modeline of California label. Made of solid pine wood, from a cylindrical cut which is "brushed", highlighting the narrowest and darkest rings (which are created in the trunk during the dry seasons) until obtaining fine grooves and organic knots throughout the entire structure; From it comes a spherical glass lampshade (about 15cm in diameter and with speckles emulating the drops of water), a rope handle accentuates its nomadic spirit, and can be placed in any room or hung on the wall.
Revised and working perfectly (with a system suitable for both led or filament bulbs) uses an E14 max candle type bulb. 45W (if it is filament, or the LED equivalent for said power) controlled by a hand switch. Aesthetically it is in good condition with slight signs of use spread throughout its structure.
And remember: a treasure trove of light found in a high-quality lamp and handicrafts business, which was closed for retirement, located in German Lower Saxony; This lamp hung for decades in the exhibition, watching life go by and waiting for you.
