Set of 4 Dining Chairs by Erik Buch for O.D. Møbler
Beautiful set of four chairs by the Danish firm O.D. Møbler (Oddense Maskinsinedkeri) for Domus Danica, created in 1957 by the Copenhagen designer Erik Buch. Spacious and comfortable, this is Model nº49, with a structure in beautiful honey-coloured teak and upholstery on the seat. It presents a classic style of high quality with beautiful finish of light and organic lines, typical of the Scandinavian designs of the middle of last century.
They retain their solidity without showing any structural damage. In terms of aesthetics, they are in very good condition, with minimal signs of use in their structure (small marks on the back of some of them) and they have been reupholstered respecting their original colour.
And remember: Domus Danica was a sales label, created around 1965, offering products from seven Danish furniture manufacturers, including O.D. Møbler.
