Silla J46 de Poul Volther para FDB Møbler

Reissue of the iconic J46 chair, which was created by Poul Volther in 1956, making it the biggest bestseller in the history of the FDB Møbler label. Made of beech wood (with FSC certification of European forests) lacquered in matt color. Revolutionary in its time, by reducing the weight of a chair as much as possible, it features a V-shaped backrest with vertical rods and a large molded seat, achieving a design that combines lightness and comfort, together with a vibrant chromatic scale (with different colors to choose from) that give it a marked cheerful character suitable for both adults and youth.
New product, we have a range of twelve colors, from the classics to a modernized selection of pastel shades, for more information contact us at dingdong@elrecibidor.com.
And remember: FDB, the Danish Cooperative Society of Consumers, was born in 1940 creating high-quality furniture by great designers, with a functionalist and democratic production to reach every Danish home. Unfortunately it closed in 1980, but in 2013 the Danish Cooperative relaunched FDB Møbler, reissuing some of the most beloved products of mid-century Danish design, along with new furniture inspired by its old collections ... and now in El Receidor you can buy everything your catalog ;)
